BILLING + SUBSCRIPTION FAQs

  • To cancel or pause, you must provide at least 1 week notice prior to your next invoice date. If notice is given after that window, the next month’s payment will still be processed, and your plan will end after that billing cycle. Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Project Lo is a membership-based program. When you pause/cancel your plan, you lose access to all workouts, spreadsheets, and resources.

  • While I will always strive to keep our rates consistent, there may be occasional updates to reflect program improvements, new offerings, or operational costs. Any changes will always be communicated in advance, and current members will have the opportunity to review updates before new rates take effect

  • Payments are processed on the day you sign up and the same date each month after that. You’ll receive a invoice on this day monthly.

  • You can update your card or payment details anytime by logging into your account or contacting me at lavellelauryn@gmail.com

  • If a payment doesn’t go through, you’ll receive an email notification. Please update your payment method promptly to avoid interruptions to your access.
