1.) Apply / Inquire

  • Fill out the contact form on the website or send a DM on Instagram (@theprojectlo) to let me know which option you’re interested in. I will then send you a form that helps me learn all about you, your goals, habits, and lifestyle. This ensures we’re setting you up for success from day one.

  • Upon receiving, I’ll review your form and send you the plan I think is the right fit for you within 48 hours of form retrieval.

2.) Complete Enrollment

  • Secure your spot by purchasing your plan through the “Services” tab on the website. This will prompt you to payment.

3.) Kickoff!

  • You will receive your welcome email within 24 hours after payment.

  • You’ll get your personalized plan within 72 hours after submitting the signed coaching agreement.

  • We’ll set your first check-in date and officially start your coaching journey.

MONTH ONE: Over the next month, we will continue to get to know each other, your habits, beliefs, preferences, nutritional choices, and more. In the second half of your first month, we start making intentional tweaks. If you were consistent in those first two weeks, we’ll layer in adjustments to build momentum. If things were a little rocky, we’ll revisit your baseline and make sure the foundation feels solid. The insights we gather in this first month shape your personalized protocol going forward.

MONTH TWO: This month is all about putting your personalized plan into action. With your baseline established, we start layering in targeted adjustments to help you build consistency, confidence, and momentum. This is where your plan really becomes yours.

MONTH THREE: In Month 3, we build on the foundation you’ve integrated in Month 2. Together, we’ll look closely at your consistency, troubleshoot anything that isn’t clicking, and make smart adjustments so your plan keeps working for you. This is where you’ll really start noticing shifts in your mindset, habits, and overall consistency.

MONTH FOUR, SIX, AND BEYOND: By this point, we’ve found what works best for you. Now, it’s about layering in those new habits and focus areas to keep building on your progress. This is often when clients start to notice visible changes, thanks to the consistency and effort put in over the first few months.


BEYOND: Here’s where the real transformation happens. By now, you’ll have a clear understanding of your personalized protocol and what truly works for your body and lifestyle. Together, we’ll continue to evolve your plan — whether that’s switching up training phases, adjusting nutrition, or simply keeping that extra layer of accountability. Those steady, sustainable changes from the first six months set the stage for even bigger breakthroughs from Month 6 to 12 and beyond.
