Our powerlifting coaching is built for lifters who want to master the big three — squat, bench, and deadlift — whether you're stepping on the platform for the first time or chasing a new PR. We focus on building strength, skill, and strategy through individualized programming, real-time feedback, and consistent support.

What’s included:

  • Personalized programming based on your goals, level, and training history

  • Technique analysis + video breakdowns for squat, bench, and deadlift

  • Meet prep (if competing) with detailed plans and peak week guidance

  • Progress tracking, load management, and weekly check-ins

  • 1:1 messaging and ongoing coaching support

  • (ADDITIONAL FEE) Meet day support and in person coaching if within 50 mile radius (local only)

  • Nutrition Support – $100/month add-on
